Celebrating Hardwork!
BankBazaar loves to recognise and reward employees who do an exceptional job. The Bangalore Spot Awards Ceremony was held on the 23rd of March to commend the hard work put in by employees across teams for the month of February.

BB Care, in association with Give Smiles, helped the children at Gladden Children Home with simple DIY projects for an upcoming competition.
Where’s The Treasure?
It’s been a while since the folks at Bangalore experienced some team-building fun. To rectify this, a treasure hunt was organised at the BB Bangalore office. And was that fun or what? Hell, yeah!
There were people stuffing up to four cookies in their mouths at once, displaying amazing physical strength by doing an unreal amount of push-ups, showing off the power of their grey matter by solving crosswords, scavenging for formal shoes and a whole lot more.
Celebrating Women
On International Women’s Day (the 8th of March), we wanted our super-talented women folk to feel extra special and loved (P.S. We always make them feel special and loved).
So, we treated them across BankBazaar offices to self-defence classes (for the days they want to kick some…!), lots of pampering and truckloads of yummy food.

Did you know that the food you eat affects your productivity? With Maha March in full swing, we wanted our employees to be on top of their game. And what better way to motivate them than with food?
Our fellow buddies at the Ambattur office were treated to yummilicious biriyani – firstly, for doing an amazing job on the Finance Mega Mela, and secondly, to motivate them to do an even better job for the Maha March Bonanza.
Cricket Fever
The BankBazaar Cricket League (BCL) is on!
Six teams from the Nungambakkam office competed fiercely against each other till one of them emerged victorious. Kudos to the Configuration Team – PTI department for winning the Nungambakkam round.
