Then again after sometime I got two times call from bank bazaar for my application. Actually I am little bit confuse.

    I have still not received the ammount from capital first and i cant see any kind of progress from them. and their doesn’t have the curtsy to call me and say the reason. only one of there person is calling me who is just a delivery person and due to this doesn’t have the knowledge of the process.

    You are App is a nonsense application i have ever seen which is only give the notification for new product but will never give me any update about my current application , and connecting with you is more difficult than connect with a alien planet. stop sending me stupid promotional mails if you cant serve you customers.

    My credit card application was approved by IndusInd bank and I was waiting for the amazon gift voucher, but bankbazar was not updaitng the status in its websote to “approved”. Even I also received my card before the last eligible date of amazon gift voucher but status on bankbazar was still stuck on “docs verified”. I was eligible for voucher if I get approval before 15 Oct and not only approval, I also received the card from bank on 13 Oct. But eventually, bankbazaar changed the status from “docs verified” to “approved” today (on very next day of expiry of amazon gift voucher), Do you apply the con-minded sales process to every customer or I am the only case? I also contacted customer care on my last date and he said that I have registered your complain someone will contact you from bankbazar within 24 hours ! Still waiting for your call !

            Till date it had been a very nice experience applying credit cards through bankbazaar portal. I referred many family/friends to apply for card through your website. I did promote your website through my blogs/website and youtube channel also. The main reason why should people apply credit cards through bankbazaar is the amazon vouchers that you offer for applying card and getting it approved before a cut off date.

            I am very upset with the kind of behavior I’ve received from your side this time. I have applied for HDFC bank credit card through your portal. The Application number is: 1062258287. The card got approved and I’m using the HDFC credit card since January third week. I was supposed to get 1500 rupees amazon voucher, but I didn’t get it delivered. So, I had sent a mail to support@bankbazaar.com (ticket no. 294763) raising the concern. To my utter disbelieve, your team replied that the application got rejected and they closed the ticket.

            I tried to communicate with your team on this many times over email but there is no response from your side. If there is any communication gap between bank and you, it should be resolved between you two. Why should i suffer? It doesn’t sound good also for a reputed financial market place like bankbazaar.

            Could you please look into this matter and help me to get the promised voucher?

    I am still waiting for a status update on Application No : 1083852859.
    If there has been a mess up from your end, Its fine please consider transferring the money back to my registered account (Rs 70000/-).No questions will be asked. But please do not ask the customer to be patient for more than a month after investing. Guys, That’s just not fair.

    I tried to get in touch on phone. I was told that I was not reachable when they called me back as promised. Was I unreachable for a month? How am I supposed to buy that? I was slowly getting into the online mode of investments and moving my portfolio via BB and others to manage it myself. But you guys have given me a bitter experience or a reason to stay conventional.

    I applied for a credit card and as per the offer policy I should get an Amazon voucher of 750 . But bank bazaar is not giving me the voucher . I am trying to contact customer care and they are not replying to my email. I sent at least 5-6 emails to support@bankbazaar.com . If I am calling then each customer care executive has same answer that they will escalate the issue. But they are not doing anything. They are asking to take another credit card with same offer.

    This is a fraud organization. They are looting the customers.

    I dont believe none of your experienced employees could solve the problem. And your customer care is so irritating and have so much less knowledge.
    I am done with you guys bank bazar. Just cancel my policies . your customer care executives cant even cancel a policy or I think this is how you keep citizens from withdrawing their money.!!

    I have done Mutual Fund investment from BankBazar and the monthly SIPs are getting deducted in time.

    But I am not able to view the dashboard and it shows as blank.
    I am trying to lgin using my registered email ID xxxxxxxxxx and could not see the details. (attached the snapshots)
    I am not able to login with my registered mobile no xxxxxxxxxx as it says invalid. (attached the snapshots)

    I have also raised a complant about this in the customer care but the problem is not resolved yet.
    Could yu kindly resolve the problem so that I can see the dashboard.

    Amazon Voucher Rs.750 is bogus.

    Hi there –
    i was promised that i will be given the above voucher but they never did. Application and approval has to be within 31dec2017. i applied around 20th of Oct 17. post this, the HSBC Cr card sales guy was neither responding nor BBZ. BBZ doesnt follow up with the credit card company since its not what they are paid for. they are paid only for amassing customer. if the credit card company approves, rejects, or application is in process – BBZ is not bothered as their systems are not capable of handling ”Application in process” scenario.
    Ex: BBZ status reads as “terminated”on my application but when you call HSBC Cr. its ” in progress”
    All of sudden after i follow up again & again, the HSBC sales guys expedite the process and approve it and BBZ changes it from “Terminated”to ”Approved”.
    But if you ask for the voucher, they say it was terminated but status in BBZ login says Äpproved”.
    Now if i follow up the above change in status vis-a-vis the voucher, they say ” you have exceeded the cut off date”. When asked for the cut off date, they dig their face so deep into well, they say exactly 7days before my follow up email.
    Fortunately i had mailed them “requesting change ”terminated to approved” status and mentioned the fact that it has been ”Approved”. When i told this to the person speaking in this regards, she was stuck as their defence failed. They conviniently close the ticket saying same thing like parrot ”you have exceeded the cut off date” and convieniently forgetting the points i have mentioned.

    END OF DAY, THIS IS WHAT IT IS,
    They spam for you to get credit card.
    Immediately on application, pan india you get calls for applying other credits cards also.
    Once you click submit with all the docs in the portal, they are least bothered.

    Most unproffessional behaviour, no ONE person you can find and blame as it is a CORPORATE, outdated technology (or should i say ” A well maintained gap in system, for the company to hide themeslves and blame customer for the gaps).

    ”CAVEAT EMPTOR”- customer beware applies to all companies in this world.

        I got a call from your executive. Thanks for that. But the quality of back ground work, you people did to reach the root cause of an issue, disappointed me.

        The executive from Bank bazaar called me and said that as per the updated information displayed in your system, my application had been rejected by HDFC. When I asked, “How did I receive this card which I’m using since last 1 month and which I received only after applying through bankbazaar”, the reply was – “You might have applied through some other channel or directly through bank”. “Might”??? – No concrete resolution!

        If it has been applied through any other channel, I wouldn’t have raised my voice for amazon voucher. Anyway now I just want to know “what was the source of my application that helped me to get this HDFC credit card?”. Will you be able to help on this?

You will be issued a Learning License after you successfully pass the first test at the RTO. After a month you can apply for another test and if you pass that, you will get your Driving Licence.     I am having very bad experience with bank Bazar, don’t trust on their offer. For me it’s being almost one month I have not received Amazon voucher. I have called multiple times to bank Bazar but they don’t respond. For offer they will call you again and again but when applied, they will not even respond. Don’t go for bank Bazar. They make false promises. So don’t use bank Bazar for credit card.

    I have received calls from bank Bazar iro cancer/term insurance from your employee Mr. Gopinath. I was at my doctor as I wasn’t keeping well but as soon I picked my phone he started harassing me that why am I not picking up his call and he is sitting free here all day or words to that effect. I was shocked and appalled by listening to all this. Bank Bazar is a service provider. Need I remind you that harrassing and threatening a lady and a consumer goes a long way right into a legal battle. But I would like to ensure that everyone knows what kind of place this is where they don’t respect the consumer and a lady.

    I’m pretty surprised to receive extremely bad response and co-ordination team to get the valid amazon gift voucher worth 1500 for the received credit card. Inspite of n number of reminder emails and calls, not even a single response for the concern raised. I must say one of the worst team bank bazaar to provide fake promise just to pull in customers. Can’t you have sense to respond to your customers and requesting you not to provide already redeemed vouchers. its been 2nd time i’m facing this and very good bye to bankbazaar for their cheating.

    Subject :- Profile and Portfolio Information Lost

    This is very serious issues, that the whole profile information is disappeared along with the portfolio. This will definitely impact my trust on Bank Bazaar. Amazingly there is no department who can help the customers on this serious issue.
    You will give a call to customer 100 times for investment but no support available for this kind of issues.

    I complaint several times about other issues also on the portal but still same bugs in your web application.

    Rude Behavior of Customer Executives

    This is 100% sure, the day I got my portfolio and profile fixed I will move out from this bank bazaar even in case of any loss in my funds.

    One of the worst customer service I have received. I applied for home loan in month of July 2018 where I was promised 5000 amazon voucher on disbursal. My home loan got disbursed on 31st August 2018 and still no whereabouts of the voucher. I have made multiple calls and emails but for no response. Everytime I call I am told that they got information late so I should wait. Atrocious. No one replies to email unless you call and ask them to reply. Are there any employees sitting on that department. Everytime I ask to speak to a manager I am told to wait. I know no one will respond to this email but still trying. Dont go for this portal and promises. Its all fake.

    Yesterday I received a call from your customer service team that I am eligible for a HSBC credit card and they had sent a link to my mobile number to upload the necessary documents. I tried my level best to do it but it is not getting uploaded and clearly do not understand why and all the files are with .png extensions.

    I am really exhausted now and I am not blaming anyone here because no body is at the fault. I am just requesting you guys to provide me an alternate solution whether can I mail the documents or hand it over to someone. And please I beg you please ask the customer service agents to call me on the number which I have already provided to them. But still they keep calling me on the same number which is not working and I am unable to communicate properly and no one is picking the call from your customer care number and no reply from your whatsapp number as well . what should I do now please help me

After 26 days i received my credit card. But address was wrong. So far i didn’t received any Credit card Pin. indusind Bank representative as well as Customer care not responding.
