According to a recent press report, Bank of Maharashtra has launched “Maha Seva” a customer care centre to provide assistance to its customers.
Maha Seva is the 24×7 support centre which is expected to give detailed information about the new and existing products and services of the Bank.
The Single Point contact centre was launched in Pune and it was inaugurated by Mr. A.S. Bhatacharya, Chairman and Managing Director of the Bank.
Mr. A.S. Bhatacharya, said that the customer care centre will solve account related grievances and also product related quires of the customers as early as possible.
The Maha Seva is the interactive voice based service and it is linked directly to the system. This centre provides assistance on a number of services like account information, current balance, last five year transactions, cheque enquiry etc.
The customers who have registered in Phone Banking will also get advices on few services without manual intervention. The IVR facility launched by the bank will help in the Foreign Exchange rates which is applicable for few selected currencies.
