A recent press report said that Bank of Baroda (BoB) has opened two branches, one in Manikbaug and the other in Pimple Saudagar in Pune. The branches were inaugurated by Mr. CD Kalkar, general manager (Maharashtra & Goa zone) of Bank of Baroda (BoB).
Reports said that the ceremony was also attended by Kishor Kharat, deputy general manager of Pune region, KD Joshi, deputy general manager of Maharashtra & Goa zone, and Vivek Dole, assistant general manager of Pune region.
Mr. CD Kalkar said that the bank is evolving with time and bringing new technology products for the changing needs of customers. He also said that the banks are like a supermall, where all financial needs of the customers are met.
He said that the bank has introduced mobile banking for the convenience of its customers and the development of Pune in the last few years has been phenomenal and opening of the new branches will fulfill the growing needs of the local residents.
Bank of Baroda is the third largest bank in the country. It offers a wide range of retail loans to the meet diverse needs of its customers. It offers home loan, personal loan, home improvement loans, mortgage loans, education loan etc.
