Myth 6 : Fixed interest rate means the interest rate will remain fixed throughout the tenure

Very good Blog Article, clearing up some of the myths. Worth to take note some banks offer integrated Savings Account and Loan Account. The running Balance in the Savings account is subtracted against the Principle for interest calculation. This helps maintaining liquidity while minimizing interest paid!
