I would like to leave a word of appreciation for Ms. Shanthi Shyla, the verification executive from Bank Bazaar, who impressed with her knowledge of the product and process and presented a wonderful picture of professionalism practiced at the company.
I had applied for an HSBC Credit Card and Shanthi called up in the evening for verification and to help us fix errors in our application. We were unable to hear her clearly due to noise from some sort of a celebration going on in the background at BankBazaar. This got a little annoying but Shanthi did all in her capacity to placate my anger and to ensure that the application got submitted successfully.
Her presence of mind and her sincerity towards her work shone through this call.
It’s good to see people like Shanthi at BankBazaar, a site I had chosen for getting a Credit Card. It would be appropriate to decorate Shanthi with the title – “The Jewel in the Crown”.

This email is to appreciate the excellent customer support I received from one of your employees, Stella.
I had applied for a Home Loan on 20th March, 2018 and the same was taken forward with ICICI bank successfully. However, my Home Loan status on BankBazaar was showing terminated. I started calling the customer support of the company and was promised that someone from the supervisor team would give me a call. Though there was a delay of a few days, which I was unhappy about, I was glad that I had Stella looking into my query.
When Stella called me, she listened to my concerns patiently and promised to look into my case personally and follow it up until closure. As promised, she did provide me updates regularly until the status was changed to ‘approved’ on the BankBazaar portal.
I am really glad that you have someone like Stella working in your team. Her work showcases excellent customer service truly.
