According to a recent press release Bank of Baroda, a public sector bank has offered special home loans and car loans as festival offer. The home loans according to this offer would be given within six days of application and similarly, car loans would be offered within two days period.
The home loans provided under this offer has some special benefits such as a payment period has be extended up to 25 years, the customers who have availed the home loans would be provided with free property available up to the tenure of the loan. Life insurance scheme would also be covered and it is optional. Car loans under this scheme would be provided two days time which has to be repaid as long as 7 years.
The interest charged on these loans would be given a concession of 0.25 per cent and this offer would be available till 30 November, 2011. An additional interest concession would be provided for the existing home loan customers. Besides, the processing charges on these loans are completely waived off on account of festival offer.
