In this digital world, consumers, like us, are always looking for a hassle-free experience with everything we do. Keeping up with the needs of new-age consumers, Indane’s parent company IOC, under the Digital India initiative, launched online payments for LPG bookings.

SAHAJ (e-SV), which is what this facility is called, will be released to the consumer on booking the gas connection. This electronic subscription voucher will contain details regarding the number of cylinders and the pressure regulator lent to the customer for the security deposit paid by them. This will be emailed to the customer once the LPG connection is released to them.

To register for a new connection, here’s what you need to do in just four simple steps:

  • Visit Indane’s official website (https://indane.co.in/Index.php)
  • On the homepage, under Customer Console, you’ll see the Online Services Choose New Connection from the drop-down menu
  • On the new page, you’ll see the option – Click here to register for an online new connection. Click on this option
  • Fill the form and you’re done with the registration process

Simple, isn’t it? You can also check your application status, cancel the application, or even raise your complaints/feedback.
