Tata Motors Ltd said that its global car sales in August went up 29% from a year back to 85,114 units.
Jaguar and Land Rover sales for the month went up 29% to 16,220 units, a statement released by the company said. The company, India’s largest truck producer, also manufactures utility vehicles and cars, including the cheapest car in the world Nano.
