Janata Vehicle Loan Scheme

Janata Sahakari Bank Ltd.,Pune was established on 18th October 1949 by people committed to social cause in Pune city. RBI included the bank in second schedule and from 1st September 1988. Janata Sahakari Bank Ltd., Pune is functional as Scheduled Co-Operative Bank and accepts deposits from Government and Semi-Government corporations. Similarly Government & Semi-Government corporations accept Bank’s drafts.

Eligibility: Any natural and legal entity can apply for Car loan.

Rate of Interest: The rate of interest is as follows:

Period Interest Rate
Janata Vehicle Loans (Two Wheeler) 14.50 %
Janata Vehicle Loans ( Four Wheeler) Up to 5 Years 12.50 %
Up to 3 Years

Quantum of loan: Up to a maximum of Rs. 10 lakhs is granted as loan.

Margin: 90% of the amount required to purchase the vehicle will be granted as loan.

Security & Guarantee: The new vehicle that is purchased will have to be pledged as security. Two guarantors are also required. There are no prepayment charges for the loan.

Documents Required: The documents required to obtain the car loan are; latest income proof, Pan Card, Address Proof, photograph of the applicant and Quotation of the vehicle.
