Union Bank of India had sponsored four RRBs in India out of which three were in U.P namely, Kashi Gramin Bank, Gomti Gramin Bank and Samyut Kshetriya Gramin Bank. Samyut Khetriya Gramin Bank established on 6th Jan 1976, with its Head Office at AZAMGARH. Gomti Gramin Bank was established on 30th March 1981 with its Head Office at Jaunpur.
Purpose – To provide loan for the General Purpose, Commercial Investment against equitable mortgage of land or building
Eligibility – Salaried, professionals, business man having I-Tax Assessment
Quantum of Loan – Minimum Rs. 1.00 Lakh; for Salaried Person which is equal to the 24 times of Monthly Gross Salary and maximum Rs. 5.00 Lakh for Professionals and business man the quantum will be two times of net annual income based on I-Tax Assessment Maximum Rs. 8.00 Lack.
Repayment Mode – As per Project Requirement
Period of Loan – 1 Year in case of Cash Credit or 5 years in case of Term Loan
Type of Facility – Cash Credit or Term Loan
The bank also offers home loan, personal loan and educational loan other than Loan against Equitable Mortgage.
