SBI Life Ties Up with Coromandel International

SBI Life Insurance has tied up with Coromandel International Ltd to offer insurance in rural areas in Andhra Pradesh through Coromandel’s ‘Mana Gromor’ brand of rural retail outlets.

Mr Anand Pejawar, Executive Director, Marketing, SBI Life, had this to say about the tie up, “Our tie-up with Coromandel International is part of our concerted strategy to further strengthen our rural reach and get wider segment of rural population under insurance cover.”

Mr V.Ravichandran, Managing Director, Coromandel International Ltd, said, “We are pleased to partner with SBI Life Insurance. Leveraging the partnership, will help us provide value-added offerings to our customers.”

Unit Linked Products and traditional plans of SBI Life would be sold by 427 outlets, each of which would cover 30-40 villages having 5,000 farm families in the radius of 20 km.
