Shriram Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd. Nagpur named after Lord Shriram, idol of the people of India commenced its business on the eve of Ramnavami, the 21st March, 1996. The bank is continuously in profits since inception and has attained the status of ‘A’ Grade. This has been possible by the excellent co-operation extended by the erstwhile and the existing Directors of the Bank and all the employees for their dedicated and concerted efforts.

The bank offers home loan, personal loan, vehicle loan, mortgage loan , educational loan etc.

Purpose For the purchase of consumer durables for one’s kitchen

Quantum of Loan Maximum Limit will be as per Exposure Norms.

Terms –           36 months

Margin –           Margin 25% of the cost of item to be purchased as per quotation; Margin money to be deposited with the bank and payment to be made directly to the dealer or vendor; End use to be confirmed.

Rate of Interest –           18.50%

Guarantors –           only two guarantors

Collateral                    – for loan of Rs.1,00,000 and above collateral up to 50% in form of FDR, NSC or LIC will be required.

Other Conditions –           Repayment through PDCs or salary deduction or SI on SB A/c with us; Preference to be given to working women. In case of housewife her husband should join as borrower;
