Purpose                      – The loan is offered for extension, repairs, renovation or alteration of an existing house or flat

Loan Amount             – Maximum up to Rs.10.00 lakhs

Rate of Interest                     – The interest rate for loans up to Rs. 5.00 Lakh is 14.50%; the interest rate for loans above Rs. 5.00 Lakh is 14.50%

Margin                         – 5% to 30% as the case may be of the cost of addition alteration/renovation or value of the property whichever is lesser

Repayment                 – Maximum 84 months

Service Charges         – 0.80% of Loan Amount

Security                      – Equitable/Registered mortgage of flat or house
