Recent reports said that United Bank of India has opened its Bangalore Regional Office at Kempegowda Road, Bangalore. The program was inaugurated by Mr. Bhaskar Sen, Chairman and Managing Director of the bank in the presence of Mr. P.K.Ghosh, General Manager, Shri R.K.Singal, DGM & CRM-Chennai Region and Mr. B.R. Kuntilla, CRM-Bangalore Region of the Bank.
Mr. Bhaskar Sen said that the bank has been concentrating on its speedy expansion move and has opened many branches in different parts of the country. He also mentioned that Bangalore is a very potential area, in terms of any business parameter and the bank has many customers both in the retail and corporate, in and around the city. Therefore the new regional office will further improve the service standards rendered to the local customers, located in the region. The bank also offers a wide range of loans like supplementary finance to complete the project financed by the employer, takeover of the Home Loan, Personal loan from other Banks, Housing Boards etc.
The branch will initially have thirty four branches under this jurisdiction spread in the state of Karnataka having fifteen branches and nineteen branches in Andhra Pradesh.
