According to a recent press report, Bank of Maharashtra has received an ISO certificate for its excellent service in the industry. The certificate is like adding one more feather to its Cap. The ISO 27001:2005 certificate has been given to the Bank for its Information and Technology Division which includes Data Center, Core Banking Solution Project Office, Disaster Recovery Center and Central office.
The Maha Seva customer care Centre launched by the Bank helps in understanding the requirements of the customers, and provides assistance on 24×7 on its Products and account information.
Reports said that the bank of Maharashtra is known for its State-of-the-technology and it certainly deserves the certificate. The ISO 27001:2005 Certificate was received by Shri A. S. Bhattacharya, Chairman and Managing Director from Shri. Pradeep Sadasivan head, Western Region, DNV.
