Step 1 Visit the official CIBIL website (https://www.cibil.com/) and download the request form (https://www.cibil.com/sites/default/files/pdf/consumer-request-form.pdf)
Step 2 Fill in the appropriate details such as Name, Address, Email Address, Mobile Number, Date of Birth and other fields
Step 3 Submit a self-attested copy of the following documents
- PAN Card, Passport, Voter’s ID or Driving License as identification proof
- Bank statement, electricity or mobile bill, Credit Card statement as address proof
Step 4 Enclose a demand draft of Rs. 470 if you wish to receive a copy of your Credit Score and Credit Report. If you want only a copy of the CIBIL Credit Score report then you have to enclose a demand draft of Rs. 154.
