IDBI Bank has launched 'Being Me'

A recent press report said that IDBI Bank has launched IDBI Bank ‘Being Me’, on the occasion of the International Youth Day. IDBI Bank’s ‘Being Me’ is a Savings account with an International Debit Card, designed to financially empower the youth. The concept of ‘Being Me’ is to stress the importance of financial independence, essence of individuality and responsibility.

The chairman and Managing Director of IDBI bank R.M. Malla said that the Young and working population of India was the biggest positive factor for the growth of the country in coming years and the product has been targeted to the youth to empower them.

‘Being Me’ savings account is offered to individuals between the age group of 18 to 25 years the account holders will be provided with a life time free ‘Being Me’ ATM cum Debit Card.

The other facilities offered are multiple banking services such as Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and Demand Draft. The account holder also enjoys additional benefits such as free unlimited usage of other banks ATM, no charge for non maintenance of Average Quarterly Balance, preferential rate on educational loans, special ‘Youth Zone’ at select branches, training on financial planning, preference for project work at IDBI bank.
