PNB introduces 'PNB NRI REMIT-India'

The 2nd biggest public sector bank in the country, Punjab National Bank has introduced an online remittance service for NRIs called as PNB NRI REMIT-India’. The service would allow sending money from US to India.

 

The bank has introduced this new scheme in association with the Bank of New York Mellon, New York.

 

The bank has also introduced RET AD. It is an online reporting system meant for those bank branches which are allowed to deal in foreign exchange.

 

This facility lets bank branches report all foreign exchange dealing, sale or purchase.

 

PNB has also introduced a World Travel Card jointly with MasterCard. This card is sold in 3 currencies, viz. Dollar, Euro and Pound.
