The Cosmos Co-operative bank was established in the year 1906, it is the second the oldest bank in the country. The Bank has recently completed glorious 106 years of service successfully. The various loan schemes of the bank are Car Loan, Home Loan, Cosmo Credit Loan, Cosmo Mortgage Loan, Cosmo SME Loan, Industrial and Business Loan, Vendor Finance, LC discounting, Gold loan scheme Loan, Educational Loan, Share Overdrafts etc.

Quantum of Loan       – Loan up to Rs.100.00 lakhs

Eligibility                     – Property having age up to 25 years old in case of residential property and 30 years in case of commercial properties will be considered

Rate of Interest –           The rate of interest for the loan is 11.50% per annum
