My doubt is:-
Case: 1
If my EMI is say 20,000 per month with no. of years as 20 with a rate of interest of 10 %. Am paying 20,000 per month & closing the loan in 20 yrs.
Case: 2
If my EMI is say 20,000 per month with no. of years as 20 with a rate of interest of 10 %. But am paying 25,000 per month & closing the loan earlier.
In these cases what could be my approx. interest which I would be paying to bank. Please clarify with calculation.
