A recent press report said that Axis Bank, India’s third largest private sector Bank, in order to provide convenient solutions to its Home Loan & Car Loan seeking customers has launched an on-line application interface on its website www.axisbank.com. Reports said that the interface is powered by BankBazaar.com.
According to report, on successful submission of on-line application form, the customer service representative of Axis Bank will reach out to the customer within 2 working days, for further processing.
Mr. Jairam Sridharan, Head – Consumer Lending, Axis Bank, said that the bank’s agreement with BankBazaar is in line with its vision of being the preferred financial solutions provider excelling in customer delivery through smart use of technology. He said that the bank was confident about success of the web based customer acquisition model is and is expected to play a large role in the days to come.
