Apna Ghar is the name of the home loan offered by the bank in order to purchase houses or to build new houses.
Purpose – To provide loan for the purchase of flat, construction of house; to provide loan for extension or renovation of existing flat or house
Eligibility – Salaried, professionals or business man having I-Tax Assessment of last two years are eligible for the loan; the borrower must have a land in his name;
Quantum of Loan – For Salaried Person the loan amount offered is equal to four times of Annual Gross Salary or five times of Annual Net Salary; For Professionals and business man based on I-Tax Assessment of last four years maximum Rs. 25.00 Lack.
Repayment Mode – Monthly Installment
Period of Loan – The period of loan for the home loan is 5 to 10 Years
