Well, when we conversed with him, Mr. Confucius was confounded when confronted with the conundrum of Financial Planning.

Let’s face it. It was a different world then. Insurance as a product probably didn’t exist (if you don’t count daylight robberies); so, checking your life insurance options was probably unheard of. Land was conquered, not bought using loans; so, there was no question of checking your home loan eligibility. No budgeting, no money management to be done, no… Oh well, you get the idea!

So, we took the liberty of sketching what Confucius would have advised had he been a Certified Financial Planner. And had he been alive.
