November 2016 was quite a happening month. Of course, there was a lot of work to do. However, we didn’t compromise on the fun! After all, it is necessary to blow off some steam. Here’s a quick peek into everything that happened through the month across BB offices:
BB Chennai Town Hall
Key Speakers – Adhil Shetty, Arjun Shetty, Wui Li Ang, Murari Sridharan, Rati Shetty, Narayan, Sriram.
Though the Chennai town hall took place in October, the event is worth a mention. There was a lot of important stuff covered in this event – half-yearly updates, BB’s future focus, BB’s move towards paperless transactions, the success of the BankBazaar Digital Finance Conclave and international expansion plans. In addition to these, Adhil Shetty also spoke about the extensive branding that BB has been formulating.
After the discussion, the Excellence Awards & Spot Awards were presented, wrapping the Town Hall on a positive note.

Cash Withdrawal Initiative – Ambattur Office
Since the demonetisation move by PM Modi, our nation has witnessed chaos outside ATMs and banks. People have been standing in long queues, in the hot sun, waiting for their turn to fill their empty wallets with some hard cash. It wasn’t really a sight to behold!
We, at BankBazaar, didn’t quite fancy the idea of anyone spending hours in the queue under the hot sun, especially not our employees. So, as a part of our BB Care Initiative, we had the bank employees come over to us. Cool, eh?

Children’s Day Celebration – Mumbai & Chennai
There’s a child inside each and every one of us! On Children’s Day, the BB Mumbai team decided to refresh their childhood days.
The BB Chennai folks, on the other hand, took a different approach. They treated themselves to a fun-filled day at the Kaakkum Karangal Children & Old Age Homes.

Did you know that indoor games make a great stress buster? They are also great for team bonding. No wonder our folks in Mumbai added indoor games as a part of their fun activity on Fridays!
