Rajarambapu Sahakari Bank Limited bank commenced its operation on 10.11.1981. Rajarambapu Patil was leading height of the bank; he saw that the bank provides services to small and needy persons.
The bank caters to the needs of small farmers, artisans and craftsmen, large and small scale industries, traders and self employed. Jayantrao Patil, bank has entered to Kolhapur, Satara & Pune districts. The Bank is now planning to extend its branches to Mumbai, Solapur and Ratnagiri. Under his guidance the bank is continuously implementing & practicing new techniques for its customers. It offers crop loans, home loan, personal loan, land mortgage loan etc.
Purpose – Land mortgage loan is available for purchase of agriculture land and for development / improvement in agriculture land. Loan is available for development of agriculture land.
Eligibility – Farmers with repaying capacity are eligible for the loan
Loan Amount – Loan will be sanctioned up to 75% of purchase price for purchase of agriculture land.
Interest Rate – The rate of interest is 11%
